Description:
The host named TLS certificates for Sinch (SDI) customers using the HTTP input gateway for SMS365 services hosted from our UK4 data centre, using the following FQDNs will expire on the 4th of September 2023.
We will be deploying the renewed host named TLS certificates on the 28th of August 2023 at 18:00 UTC. These renewed host named TLS certificates are valid till the 3rd of September 2024.
The renewed host named TLS certificates for the FQDNs sms-li.sapmobileservices.com and sms-lp.sapmobileservices.com can be downloaded from the link given below.
Customers who use the services mentioned above and authenticate using host named TLS certificates are advised to add the renewed host named TLS certificates into their certificate stores on or before the 28th of August 2023 18:00 UTC.
Customers who use the services mentioned above and authenticate using wild card TLS certificates for “sapmobileservices.com” domain should ignore this notification.
Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports would fail if renewed host named TLS certificates are not added to their certificate stores or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
