Notification Type: Intermittence with Telcel México carrier.
Impact: Delivery delay for some SMS messages.
Detail: Please be advised that currently the operator Telcel Mexico is experiencing instability in its service and connectivity, which is causing some queuing and delay in traffic delivery. The issue has already been escalated in order to normalize the service as soon as possible.
At this moment, our NOC engineers are in constant communication with the Telcel operator. We will inform you of any updates. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please do not respond to this notification.
