Sinch Maintenance - Elastic SIP Trunking - Revert Change for 603+ support

Scheduled for Jun 18, 23:15 - 23:30 UTC

Scheduled

Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking performed an emergency maintenance at 13:00 UTC June 18, 2026. This update has been reverted due to unforeseen circumstances. Support for 603+ will be rescheduled for a future date.

This change is to add support of "603+" which a newer SIP response code used in U.S. voice networks to signal that a call was blocked by the network, usually because it was identified as likely illegal, fraudulent, or unwanted traffic.
