Dear Client,
Sinch is directed by T-Mobile to consolidate MMS MT and MO short code traffic for Sprint, Virgin US, Sprint US Virgin Islands and Boost on our T-Mobile US carrier connections. Sinch will update the internal routing of the MMS MT traffic for Sprint, Virgin US, Sprint US Virgin Islands and Boost networks towards our T-Mobile US carrier connections on Aug 05 2021. T-Mobile will switch over the Sprint MMS MO traffic to Sinch T-Mobile direct connection following the completion of the MT traffic during this window as well. Please note that there is no action required from our clients.

Impact MT/DLR/MO: There is no impact expected on US Short Code SMS MTs/DLRs/MOs to and from Sprint, Boost, Virgin US and Sprint US Virgin Islands.
