Description:
The TLS certificate issued to the “sapmobileservices.com” and “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domains will expire on the 7th of April ‘23. This certificate is used for the following services.

1. MO/DR Services of our HTTP input gateway Service in FR1
• sms-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com
• sms-pp.sapmobileservices.com
• sms-eu3.sapdigitalinterconnect.com
• sms-lp.sapmobileservices.com
• smss-eu3.sapdigitalinterconnect.com
• sms2w-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com
• sms2w-pp.sapmobileservices.com
• sms2w-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com
• smss-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com

2. Operator Gateway Services
• opr-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com (178.248.228.134)
• opr-pp.sapmobileservices.com (178.248.228.134)

We will be deploying the renewed certificates on the 04-Apr-23 - 06:00 UTC for the services listed above.

Action required: Customers who use these services are advised to download and add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores.

The renewed certificate for the “sapmobileservices.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 7th of Mar ‘23, to 7th of Apr ‘24.

The renewed certificate for the “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 7th of Mar ‘23, to 7th of Apr ‘24.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or if they do not auto-accept new certificates.
