Description:
The TLS certificate issued to the “cmp.sdi.sinch.com” domain will expire on the 29th of Oct ’24.
This TLS certificate is used by our Customer Management Portal service, and is accessed using the following URL:
https://eu5.cmp.sdi.sinch.com/SAPCMP/login#

We will be deploying the renewed certificate on the 08th of Oct ’24 at 06:00 UTC.
The renewed certificate for the “cmp.sdi.sinch.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from Sep 30, 2024, to Oct 28, 2025.

Action required:
Customer management portal is accessed via a browser and most browsers auto accept new TLS certificates. If your browser does not auto accept new certificates, then customers should manually add the TLS certificate from the location provided above to their certificate stores.
