Dear Customer,

We will be performing Contact Pro version upgrade as follows.

Start time: 2025-8-9 (Saturday) 10 AM UTC
End time: 2025-8-10 (Sunday) 4 PM UTC

Version upgrade will require max. 30 minutes downtime to to all channels and user interfaces.
This will take place at some point during the maintenance window.
