SAP Digital Interconnect is now a part of Sinch, a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement. Sinch brings businesses and people closer with tools enabling personal engagement. Its leading cloud communications platform lets businesses reach every mobile phone on the planet, in seconds or less, through mobile messaging, voice and video. Please visit www.sinch.com to know more about Sinch and its services.

As part of the integration of SAP Digital Interconnect with Sinch, we are now migrating to a new URL to connect to Message Manager with “mm.sdi.sinch.com” as the domain name. Customers can now connect to Message Manager using the new URL given below. There will be no other changes in the way you access the application, the login credentials, or the features of the application. The existing URL will not be available after the 31st of October 2021.

Existing URL
https://messagemanager.sapmobileservices.com/MM/Administration/Login.aspx
or
https://messagemanager-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com/MM/Administration/Login.aspx

New URL
https://eu5.mm.sdi.sinch.com/MM/Administration/Login.aspx

Along with the change in the domain name, we are issuing a new TLS 1.2 SSL certificate for the “mm.sdi.sinch.com” domain. Most modern-day browsers will automatically update the SSL certificate.

In case you have any issues, you can download the SSL certificate from link below, and add it into your browser’s certificate store.
