Sinch Scheduled Maintenance - Elastic SIP Trunking - Change to route advance logic

Scheduled for May 27, 13:30 - 14:00 UTC

Scheduled

Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking product hunts through endpoints in order of priority whenever the customer’s infrastructure rejects, or fails to respond to, a SIP Invite request. Currently, the platform hunts on most SIP rejection codes. The maintenance on May 27, 2026 will narrow the hunting functionality to be better in line with industry standards.

The scheduled work is not expected to impact services. This is being sent as a courtesy notice in the event that you experience issues with your service during the maintenance window.
