Description: We have a maintenance activity scheduled to migrate Data Streamers in the old system to our new MCDS (Multi-Cloud Data Streamer) system. This will impact all RestAPI & RestAPI Bulk.

Impact: degraded performance for up to 10 minutes

Rollback Plan: switching back to old DS without data loss
