Sinch planned maintenance - EU1 site
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Sinch
Postmortem

Dear client,

An unforeseen consequence of the change was that certain previously allowed TLS ciphers stopped working. Due to this a minor number of clients may have experienced issues connecting to EU1.
We are currently working on resolving this.

Please contact support@sinch.com should you have any issues connecting to our EU1 site. Please note that our redundant EU3 site is available.

Update:

Dear client,

This matter has now been resolved.

Should you still have issues connecting to EU1, do not hesitate to contact support@sinch.com

Scheduled
Dear Client,

We have a scheduled maintenance for a load balancer migration in one of our EU sites.
This will affect SMPP, HTTP and Lookup towards 34.248.94.53 and we expect 5 minutes of downtime.

Maintenance window: 21st of September 03:00 - 04:00 UTC.

In order to alleviate the problem we will move the following FQDNs to our secondary site during the maintenance window:

eu.httpsms.api.sinch.com -> 93.158.78.4
eu.smpp.api.sinch.com -> 93.158.78.4
eu.httplookup.api.sinch.com -> 93.158.78.4
eu1.httpsms.api.sinch.com -> 93.158.78.4
eu1.smpp.api.sinch.com -> 93.158.78.4
smpp-eu1.clxcommunications.com -> 93.158.78.4
http-eu1.clxcommunications.com -> 93.158.78.4
enum-eu1.clxcommunications.com -> 93.158.78.4

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly.

Please contact support@sinch.com should you require further information or assistance.

Sincerely,
Sinch
