Scheduled Maintenance Report for Sinch

Dear client,

An unforeseen consequence of the change was that certain previously allowed TLS ciphers stopped working. Due to this a minor number of clients may have experienced issues connecting to EU1.
We are currently working on resolving this.

Please contact should you have any issues connecting to our EU1 site. Please note that our redundant EU3 site is available.

We have a scheduled maintenance for a load balancer migration in one of our EU sites.
This will affect SMPP, HTTP and Lookup towards and we expect 5 minutes of downtime.

Maintenance window: 21st of September 03:00 - 04:00 UTC.
