Description :: Our network teams have alerted to an incident. At network level issue was found and fixed quickly by our internal teams. Few of our customer connected to SMSx platform may have observed potential delay in delivery for MO, MT and DR messages. Issue has been fixed now, there should be no more delays, also we are monitoring the status and post the updates accordingly.
