Description:

The TLS certificate issued to the “sms.sdi.sinch.com” domain and used by the following FQDNs will expire on the 03rd of Jun ‘24.

HTTP Input gateway at FR1 Data Center
• eu5.sms.sdi.sinch.com (178.248.228.151)
• eu5-vpn.sms.sdi.sinch.com (178.248.228.11)

HTTP Input gateway at UK4 Data Center
• eu6.sms.sdi.sinch.com (178.248.224.151)
• eu6-vpn.sms.sdi.sinch.com (178.248.224.11)

We will be deploying the renewed certificate on the 01st of Jun ‘24 at 18:00 GMT.

The renewed certificate for the “sms.sdi.sinch.com” domain used specifically by the above mentioned FQDNs can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 08th of May ‘24, to 03rd of Jun ‘25.

Action required: Customers who use the services mentioned above are advised to add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
