Description:
The TLS certificate issued to the “smpp.sdi.sinch.com” domain will expire on the 13th of May 2023. The certificate is used for the following SMPP gateway services. . • eu5.smpp.sdi.sinch.com • eu5-vpn.smpp.sdi.sinch.com • eu6-vpn.smpp.sdi.sinch.com • eu6.smpp.sdi.sinch.com • eu5-sec.smpp.sdi.sinch.com • us8-sec.smpp.sdi.sinch.com
We will be deploying the renewed certificate on the 6th of May 2023 at - 18:00 UTC.
The renewed certificate for the “smpp.sdi.sinch.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from 13th of Apr 2023, to 13th of May 2024.
Action required: Customers who use these services are advised to add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores on or before the 6th of May 2023 18:00 UTC.
Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
