Description:
One of our 3rd party providers will perform maintenance within their network. This maintenance is to upgrade code on the IP platform.


Impact:
This maintenance may affect the secondary MPLS circuit* in the data center, where we have MMS transcoding nodes, but it will not affect the primary MPLS circuit**. If you are an MMX customer using the Sinch MMS transcoding service, you may experience packet loss and high latency during the traffic failover. No production traffic is expected to be impacted for other MMX customers.

This maintenance will also impact the livelink customer circuit* which connects the US2 private WAN backbone [MPLS] with livelink customer network. Since there is a redundant circuit** livelink customer may experience packet loss and high latency during the traffic failover.
