We have an emergency maintenance related to EU1 WhatsApp API
Maintenance window: 2020-08-12 10:30 UTC to 12:00 UTC.

Reason: We will upgrade FB API gateway from version 2.29.1 to newest 2.29.3 as the old version had a bug that has been detected by FB after Sinch upgraded docker to 2.29.1 as part of our standard Maintenance on 28.07.2020. More details: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/changelog

Impact: Clients may experience delayed delivery and receipt of WhatsApp messages during the maintenance window. Messages will be queued. The API will have a maximum downtime of 10 minutes during the window.
