Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking will be undergoing maintenance to update the presentation of timezones for EST CDRs. The deployment will also include the Elastic SIP Trunking API in which the API will be updated to reconcile small discrepancies with the documentation. This activity is a reschedule of a previously scheduled maintenance window from June 25, 2024.
The planned maintenance may result in a brief interruption of your service. This is being sent as a courtesy notice in the event that you experience issues that extend beyond the maintenance window.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly.
