Notification Type: Intermittence with Telefonica Movistar Uruguar carrier.

Impact: Delivery delay for some SMS messages.

Detail: Please be advised that currently the operator Telefonica Movistar Uruguay is experiencing instability in its service and connectivity, which is causing some queuing and delay in traffic delivery. The issue has already been escalated in order to normalize the service as soon as possible.
