We are writing to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance for our E3 API. During the maintenance window, our technical team will be rerouting the MO traffic from current E3 API to a new E3 system. In order to avoid any disruptions on the traffic after the migration, please whitelist the below IPs immediately to allow the new E3 system to send the inbound messages (MO) to your system.

Please note that the character: Ç will have its encoding corrected. Previously on E3: C3A7 compared to how it will be encoded after the maintenance: C387. This means that the character will now have its upper case properly sent to you.
The maintenance will take place at the times specified below.
