Impact
The activity will result in a disruption to services for up to 150 minutes during the first 7 hours of the maintenance window. An 8 hour window is however quoted to cover all eventualities. Back-out plan: 60 minutes of the maintenance window is reserved to roll the upgrade back on any of the devices if our engineers experience any issues during the works.

We have implemented a fully redundant network infrastructure, but you will experience intermittent connectivity to Sinch MMX Hubs [194.6.14.219, 194.6.13.226] when the traffic is switched between primary and secondary paths during the maintenance.

Description:
`We need to undertake the following work as part of a network wide project to upgrade network devices to the latest firmware as recommended by our vendor.
During the maintenance window, our engineers will execute a comprehensively tested method of procedure with the objective to remotely upgrade the devices across our network, in multiple European cities, to the latest vendor recommended software release.
