Description:

The TLS certificates issued to the “sapmobileservices.com” and “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domains will expire on the 7th of April ‘23. The certificates are used for the following SMPP gateway services in our FR1 data center.

SMPP gateway at FR1 Data Center

• smpp-pp.sapmobileservices.com(178.248.228.139)
• smpp-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com(178.248.228.139)
• smpps-pp.sapmobileservices.com(178.248.228.152)
• smpps-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com (178.248.228.152)

We will be deploying the renewed certificates on the 25th of Mar ‘23 at 18:00 GMT.

The renewed certificate for the “sapmobileservices.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 7th of Mar ‘23, to 7th of Apr ‘24.

The renewed certificate for the “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 7th of Mar ‘23, to 7th of Apr ‘24.

Action required: Customers who use these services are advised to add the renewed TLS certificates into their certificate stores on or before the 25-Mar-2023 - 18:00 UTC.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
