Description: As a part of our ongoing initiative to scale up our international MMS infrastructure to handle more volume and optimise MMS message handling, we’ve taken a number of measures to enhance the MMS infrastructure.
This optimization requires us to migrate MMS customers and peers from the current MMS infrastructure into a new MMS environment. Customers and peers should experience downtime for the international MMS service and intermittent connectivity throughout the maintenance window.
We do not anticipate customers or peers making any changes during the maintenance window. We will do all the possible verifications after migrating traffic onto the new MMS infrastructure. But we also urge customers and peers to verify the service and report us if there are any issues after we notify you of the completion of the maintenance.
