Description:
As part of our ongoing service improvements to support our P2P customers, we will migrate our customer portal to a new cloud platform on September 26, 2025, starting at 06:00 GMT. This impacts the customer portal currently available at https://tickets.sinch.com/. The URL to the portal will change following the migration.

During the migration:
• Customers can continue to log into the existing portal https://tickets.sinch.com/ to update tickets and create new tickets if necessary.
• A banner will be provided on the current portal with the link to the new cloud portal.
• Once the migration completes, customers will be asked to reset their password upon first login to the new portal.
