This maintenance has been postponed until the 7th of April.
As part of our continuous improvements to our platform, we will be moving our REST API end points in Eastern US to a new set of load balancers.
This will only impact clients that have IP whitelisting in place for our IPs connecting to: * api.clxcommunications.com * api-sms.us.clxcommunications.com * sms.api.sinch.com * us.sms.api.sinch.com * us1.sms.api.sinch.com * geo.sms.api.sinch.com

Please add the additional IP Addresses to the whitelisting (or any IP rules) on your outbound message flows that may prevent your platform from sending messages to Sinch.
Please ignore the maintenance if your application/organisations uses FQDN's api.clxcommunications.com or the other listed FQDNs and do not use our IP's in your API configurations, IP whitelisting or firewall rules for your outbound traffic to our platform.
If you reach our API platform via an IPSec VPN tunnel, this change will not impact you.
We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance period.
