Dear Client,
We are writing to inform you that as part of our continuous efforts to improve the performance and reliability at one of our European communications hub, we will be performing a maintenance during the times specified below.
Type: Scheduled Network Maintenance Start Time: 2022-05-31 11:00 UTC End Time: 2022-05-31 12:00 UTC Affected site: EU1
Impact: Clients will be required to allow the below IP belonging to our EU2 endpoint to ensure that they will be able to receive delivery reports as well as MOs during the maintenance.
IP: 193.201.153.2
To ensure that traffic is not impacted we are moving traffic over to our EU2 endpoint while work is being done on EU1. After the maintenance is done we have a grace period of monitoring and tests before moving back traffic to our EU1 endpoint. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
