Impact:

Clients using Secure SMPP/HTTP and IP address to the US3 site for MT/MO traffic will experience failures or unable to connect
Clients will experience failures to Number Lookups via US3 site

Impacted Destinations:

Canada 2-Way Short Code (Eastlink, SasKTel and Wind Mobile only)
Panama 2-Way Short Code
Mexico 2-Way Short Code

Corresponding redundant sites will be available. Please make sure you are connected to two sites in advance to ensure no loss of service.
