Dear customer,

As part of our commitment to improving developer experience on Conversation API, we will be retiring the older Template Management API v1 ("Templates v1") on January 31, 2026.
On this date, the v1 endpoint will be fully replaced by our latest and more flexible Template Management API v2 ("Templates v2").
