End Time: 2020-09-28 18:15 UTC

Impact: Clients connecting via SMPP or HTTP towards the Legacy Atlas Gateways: sms1.cardboardfish.com, sms1.mblox.com and sms-cloud-1.clxcommunications.com, will experience failures or unable to connect.
