Incident Period #1: Start Time: 2021-12-11 00:44 UTC End Time: 2021-12-11 00:56 UTC
Incident Period #2: Start Time: 2021-12-11 01:04 UTC End Time: 2021-12-11 01:38 UTC
Impact: REST API clients connecting to the US access gateways would have observed intermittent HTTP error code 500/503 responses on their batch requests during the period.
