We have a scheduled maintenance related to US1 WhatsApp API
Maintenance window: 2020-10-27 10:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC. Impact: Clients may experience delayed delivery and receipt of WhatsApp messages during the maintenance window. Messages will be queued. The API will have a maximum downtime of 10 minutes during the window.
During maintenance we will change load balancer that is behind eu1/us1.whatsapp.api.sinch.com. The IP that the FQDN eu1/us1.whatsapp.api.sinch.com resolves to is subject to change at any time without previous notice. This is due to the auto-scaling functionality of the load balancer system frontend we will use. We strongly advice to use always FQDN and DNS instead of direct IP addresses.
Affected endpoint: us1.whatsapp.api.sinch.com Planned maintenance of this endpoint occurs on the second and last Tuesday each month, between 10:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC.
