Currently, we are observing degraded delivery of MO, MT and DLR traffic towards Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services(9Mobile) in Nigeria
Some of the customers may observe inconsistent delivery of MO, MT and DLR traffic towards the same

Mobile Terminating (MT) Traffic: Delay in delivery
Mobile Originated (MO) Traffic: Queuing at carrier end
DR Notification : Queuing at carrier end
Message Manager: : Not impacted
Extranet : Not impacted
