SBC switchover is now completed and new is in use. Phone channels are back in use.

Update

We will be replacing the defected EU SBC with new one.
There will be disruption affecting phone channels today at 13:00 - 14:00 UTC.
Chat, email and messaging channels are unaffected.

Investigating

We are investigating the problem in EU region that causes dropping calls and prevents Communication Panel to connect to the server.
