Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking will be deploying a software update on the call routing engine. The scheduled maintenance is classified as low risk, and there is no expected to impact to services. The scheduled maintenance window includes time required to roll back if needed. The purpose of this maintenance is to:
- Improve handling of SIP error code tracking in our monitoring systems - Resolve PAI when starting with 'tel:' - Standardize inbound call routing for numbers outside of North America - Minor bug fixes unrelated to the call flow
