Dear Client,
We are writing to inform you that as part of our continuous efforts to improve the performance and reliability of our platform, we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on MMS Services at the times specified below.

Type: Scheduled Maintenance - MMS
Maintenance: Introduction of AWS Global Accelerator to improve message processing time

Start Time: 2022-05-24 09:00 UTC
End Time: 2022-05-24 10:00 UTC

Impact MMS:
During this maintenance period we expect an estimated 02 minutes of down time.
During this time frame clients may experience MMS MT/DLR/MO queueing and delays.

Following this change, the MMS API gateway will resolve to the new Global Accelerator Static IP addresses: & Customers who may have hard-coded into their firewall the IP address that currently resolves to, have to append the new Global Accelerator IP addresses to maintain connectivity.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly.
