Sinch Scheduled Maintenance - Elastic SIP Trunking (US) and Voice API (all regions except EU) -rescheduled from June 30

Scheduled for Jul 14, 12:00 - 13:00 UTC

Scheduled

Please note the scheduled maintenance originally scheduled for June 30, 2026 has been postponed to July 14, 2026.

--------

Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking will be undergoing maintenance to update SBCs [Session Border Controller] & SIP Registrars that will impact how inbound DID calls are delivered to your equipment over TCP and TLS. The Sinch SBCs will now consistently use source port 5060/5061 when initiating TCP/TLS connections to your PBX or SIP endpoint. Previously, these connections originated from a random source port.

The scheduled work is not expected to impact services. This change improves consistency and predictability in how our signaling traffic reaches your equipment. This is being sent as a courtesy notice in the event that you experience issues with your service during the maintenance window.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly. Please contact support@sinch.com for further information.
