Description:

The TLS certificate issued to the “sapmobileservices.com” and “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domains will expire on the 7th of April ‘24. This certificate is used for the following SMPP gateway services in our FR1 data center.

• smpp-pp.sapmobileservices.com(178.248.228.139)
• smpp-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com(178.248.228.139)
• smpps-pp.sapmobileservices.com(178.248.228.152)
• smpps-eu2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com (178.248.228.152)

We will be deploying the renewed certificate on the 3rd of Apr ’24 at 18:00 GMT.

The renewed certificate for the “sapmobileservices.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 16th of Feb ‘24, to 16th of Mar ‘25.

The renewed certificate for the “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domain can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 16th of Feb ‘24, to 16th of Mar ‘25.

Action required: Customers who use these services are advised to prepare to add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
