Dear Sinch Customer,

Throughout September and October AT&T will be performing upgrades and improvements to their core messaging services in preparation for peak season volumes. As a result of this AT&T will re-deploy some Sinch services onto a new, higher capacity AT&T platform.

Though no infrastructural changes will be made on the Sinch platform Sinch will work closely with AT&T to facilitate their network upgrades. The next maintenance window is detailed below:

Maintenance end time: 2023-09-21 08:00 UTC
The new AT&T platform does not yet support binary messaging; please contact us to discuss this or any other aspect of the AT&T platform improvement.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Sinch DI Services (SMS 365 Operator US) and Connectivity by region (SMS - US - LongCode, SMS - US - ShortCode, SMS - US - Toll Free, SMS - US - 10DLC).
