Dear Client,
Sinch is directed by T-Mobile to consolidate SMS MT and MO short code traffic for Sprint, Virgin US, Sprint US Virgin Islands and Boost on our T-Mobile US carrier connections. The first phase is to update the internal routing of the SMS MT traffic for Sprint, Virgin US, Sprint US Virgin Islands and Boost networks towards our T-Mobile US carrier connections. This is carried out in batches as per the schedule below beginning June 29, 2021 until July 15, 2021. T-Mobile will schedule when the Sprint SMS MO traffic will be switched-over to our T-Mobile direct connection following the completion of the MT traffic consolidation. Please note that there is no action required from our clients.

Impact MT/DLR/MO: There is no impact expected on US Short Code SMS MTs/DLRs/MOs to and from Sprint, Boost, Virgin US and Sprint US Virgin Islands.
