The issue has been isolated to customers using Asterisk and PJ-SIP. We will have service restored momentarily.

Sinch is currently investigating reports of call completion issues on the Elastic SIP Trunking Platform due to complications with the scheduled maintenance this morning. Internal teams are actively engaged to resolve the issue. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
