Description:
One of our 3rd party providers will perform maintenance within their network to implement a fiber maintenance which is required in order to improve the network reliability. This maintenance is to upgrade our network devices to the latest firmware as recommended by our vendor.

Customer connecting via MPLS and private lines may experience packet loss and high latency during this urgent maintenance performed by the 3rd party due to traffic failover.
