Investigating

We are observing delayed or missing inbound messages and DRs for a portion of messages sent to T-Mobile FTEU.
Impact: Clients may experience missing or delayed inbound messages and DRs from T-Mobile using FTEU short-codes.
We are working with the operator to resolve this issue.
