Dear Customer,

We will be performing Contact Pro maintenance and version upgrade as follows.

Start time: 2026-1-25 (Sunday) 1 AM UTC
End time: 2026-1-26 (Monday) 7 AM UTC

Maintenance requires an additional separate service break on Sunday morning at 4 AM UTC due to upgrade of Nginx components. Service break will cause 5-10 minutes downtime to all channels.

Version upgrade will require max. 30 minutes downtime to all channels and user interfaces.
This will take place at some point during the maintenace window.
