Resolved
Starting on 2024-04-02 16:00 UTC, Sinch experienced problems with queues starting to build for MMS MO traffic on the MMS platform, which resulted in a delay for customers to receive their MO traffic, the issue was resolved at 2024-04-03 09:45 UTC.
Following this incident additional measures have been put into place to ensure that the issue does not resurface.
