Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking will be deploying a software update on the voice application and media servers. The maintenance is classified as low risk, and there is no expected to impact to services - the schedule includes time required to roll back if needed. The maintenance is scheduled to be released in two separate sessions to resolve an issue resulting in intermittent inbound call completion issues.
