Description:

The following SAP branded FQDNs used for Sinch Digital Interconnect’s MM7 Services will be decommissioned on the 31st of Oct ’23.

• mm7.sapdigitalinterconnect.com(74.117.12.171)
• mm7-us2.sapdigitalinterconnect.com(74.117.12.165)
• mm7op.sapdigitalinterconnect.com (74.117.12.172)

Action required: Customers who use these services are requested to use the new Sinch Branded FQDNs that are provided below if they are not already using them.

• us.mm7.sdi.sinch.com(74.117.12.171)
• us8.mm7.sdi.sinch.com(74.117.12.165)
• us8-opr.mm7.sdi.sinch.com(74.117.12.172)

Impact:
• Client applications connecting to the services listed above using the SAP branded FQDNs will fail after the 31st of Oct ’23. To resolve the issue client applications must use the equivalent Sinch branded FQDNs.
• Client applications connecting to the services listed above using the new Sinch branded FQDNs via TLS secured ports will fail if new TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
