Dear Client,

We are writing to inform you retroactively regarding an issue on Three Ireland's SMSC which caused intermittent delivery/delays for MT SMS.

Start time: 2022-09-02 16:44 UTC
End Time: 2022-09-08 20:00 UTC

Three IE had a planned maintenance on their SMSC on 2022-09-02, at 16:44 UTC they ran into unexpected DB issues which caused problems with a sub-set of incoming SMS to Three IE SMSC.

A portion of traffic may have failed and old SMS may have been resent from Three IE's SMSC causing multiple/duplicate deliveries to end-users.
