We are writing to inform you that Sinch has a scheduled maintenance on our connection to Telus Canada.

Start Time: 2021-02-09 10:00 UTC.
End Time: 2021-02-09 11:00 UTC.

Impact MT: Clients may experience delayed or failed MT traffic for outbound messages sent to Telus Canada.
Impact DR: Clients will experience a loss of delivery notifications for all in-transit messages.
Impact MO: Clients may experience delayed or failed MO messages for Inbound messages from Telus Canada devices.

If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly.
