Description:

The TLS certificate issued to the “mm7.sdi.sinch.com” domain and used by the following FQDNs will expire on the 02nd of Jul ‘24.

• us.mm7.sdi.sinch.com
• us-opr.mm7.sdi.sinch.com
• us8-opr.mm7.sdi.sinch.com

We will be deploying the renewed TLS certificate on the 26th of Jun ‘24 at 16:00 GMT.

The renewed TLS certificate for the “mm7.sdi.sinch.com” domain used by the above mentioned FQDNs can be downloaded from the link given below and is valid from the 5th of Jun ‘24, to the 1st of Jul ‘25.

Action required: Customers who use the services mentioned above are advised to add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
