One of our 3rd party providers will perform maintenance within their network. This maintenance is to upgrade our network devices to the latest firmware as recommended by our vendor.

This maintenance will impact one of the livelink customer circuit which connects one of our IS DC private WAN backbone [MPLS] with livelink’s customer network. Since there is a redundant circuit, customers who are connecting from SDI platform via livelink may experience packet loss and high latency during the traffic failover.
