The Sinch Contact Pro certificate *.cc.sinch.com will be renewed during Sunday November 8th, 2026.

Start time: 2026-11-8 (Sunday) 6 AM UTC
End time: 2026-11-8 (Sunday) 7 AM UTC

During the maintenance window, all voice channels will experience a short disruption, up to 10 minutes.

Customer Action:
The certificate authority and the issuer chain will change to Amazon.
To avoid potential connection issues, Sinch strongly recommends verifying the certificate trust relationship in advance.

How to verify the certificate trust relationship:

Contact Pro UIs (e.g., Communication Panel):
Visit https://certificatetest.cc.sinch.com/, Ensure that no security warnings appear when connecting.

Integrations using cc.sinch.com (e.g., CRM integrations):
Check that your system trusts the new issuer chain. You can also test connectivity using URL https://certificatetest.cc.sinch.com/ .

SIP trunks:
Review your configured trusted issuers to ensure the new issuer chain is accepted.
